Here are a few teas that may help relieve your symptoms:
Rooibos: believed to block the allergy-causing histamines, it contains bioflavonoids
Green Tea: may aid in relief of the sneezing, coughing and watery eyes caused by colds and allergies
Licorice Root (which we have in a tincture and is easy to add to water) has anti-inflammatory properties and anti-allergy effects and is known for its relief on irritated respiratory passages
Eucalyptus essential oil: We carry Olbas products (inhalers and diffuser blend), essential oil for diffuser and a "Clear the Air" blend also great for diffusing. If you don't have a diffuser you could put a couple of drops on a cotton ball or cloth and inhale when needed. Eucalyptus may help treat respiratory infection, blocked nasal passages and loosen phlegm
Peppermint (and spearmint): helps to provide relief for clogged-up noses and irritated mucous membranes.
